Vietnamese bistro - Banh Mi Ba

舉凡任何亞洲料理我都超愛，台灣，中華，日本，韓國料理...等等。至從來到布拉格後，發現我就是個名副其實的亞洲胃，但是試過好多亞洲餐廳，都沒有任何讓我吃到驚為天人的亞洲菜（都改良成捷克人口味的亞洲菜，對我來說超難吃，像中國料理，每道菜都勾芡，宮保雞丁也勾芡，不然就是韓國了一點都不辣，反正他們都把亞洲料理做成四不像了）很幸運地，捷克的越南人很多，所以在這可以找到很多好吃的越南餐廳，和台灣的越南餐廳比起來又更道地。今天我想介紹一家我最近超愛的越南小餐館 ”Banh Mi Ba"，和其它的越南餐廳不太一樣，它們提供的是現代版的越南菜，口味也比較清爽，和其他傳統越南料理比起來沒那麼油，感覺比較健康，所以也吸引了很多年輕的族群，也可以看到很多穿著很時尚的捷克上班族在這用餐。這家小餐館簡單地只提供九樣主食，但是也沒有讓我抉擇的比較快:P

Obviously, I love Asian cuisine, Taiwanese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc. So far I have tried so many Asian restaurants in Prague, unfortunately, there are not so many Asian cuisines amazing me but Vietnamese food. There are so many Vietnamese restaurants in Prague, and they serve authentic Vietnamese food ( I am Taiwanese, my Vietnamese told me). Today I'm going to show you my recent favorite Vietnamese bistro 'banh-mi-ba'. This is a modern and cute bistro. The food they serve is a bit different than other restaurants which serve traditional Vietnamese food. Their food is a modern version of Vietnamese food, which attracts a lot of young people and not only Asian but Czech. The more important is that their food is not so oil as I tried in other places. It's lighter and healthier, so it makes me feel not so guilty :P They serve simply 9 choices on the menu; however, it does not make my life easier, I still struggle when I am ordering food. And here I'm going to share with you what's my favorite dishes.

越式三明治應該就是本店的招牌了，看Logo和店名就知道（banh mi 在越南話的意思是麵包），所以來一定要點！而且一定要趁麵包還熱的時候吃，非常脆。再加上醃製紅蘿蔔酸酸甜甜搭配起來真的超好吃，連我那麼討厭紅蘿蔔的人都愛上了！如果我和派翠克一起來的話，我們都會一人點一道主食，然後再加點一份越式三明治，我們都是貪吃鬼:P
